The Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Boundary Mills Newcastle. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering the Dune experience and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our product range and advising on styling and fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect product to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
