Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contract/Secondment available

Location: Flexible hybrid working model

An exciting opportunity has emerged for two positions within the Nursing and Systems Improvement Directorate (NSI) at Healthcare Improvement Scotland. These Quality Improvement Consultant roles are integral to the execution of the Excellence in Care Programme (EiC).

The EiC initiative represents a nationwide strategy aimed at ensuring that individuals can trust they will receive a uniform standard and quality of care, regardless of the treatment location within NHS Scotland.

We seek dedicated, skilled, and proactive professionals to aid in the development, execution, and enhancement of the Excellence in Care framework. The primary focus will be on facilitating the design, evaluation, and dissemination of various strategies and metrics to promote safe, effective, and patient-centered enhancements in care delivery.

The ideal candidates will possess a proven history of employing diverse improvement methodologies across various settings and demonstrate a successful track record of collaboration with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
