We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Improvement Advisor to lead the operational delivery of our program. As a key member of our team, you will work across Scotland to support Health and Social Care Partnerships with complex, system-wide change to improve outcomes for the people of Scotland.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Engagement and System Redesign directorate within Healthcare Improvement Scotland. Our team supports the Scottish Government's program by bringing together colleagues across health, social care, housing, and justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of our program, working across Scotland to support Health and Social Care Partnerships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across health, social care, housing, and justice to drive change and improvement.
- Use quality improvement and redesign methodology to ensure the contribution of lived and living experience across the program.
- Evidence the importance of engaging with stakeholders to understand views and experiences.
Requirements
We welcome applications from experienced professionals who can demonstrate their ability to drive change, improvement, or transformational redesign within health and social care. A proven track record of working alongside different professions is essential.
