About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Healthcare Improvement Scotland. As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex national programmes, working closely with senior managers to support staff deployment and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of a portfolio of workstreams
- Work with senior managers to support staff deployment and capacity planning
- Support the implementation and improvement of systems and processes to assist delivery of the Directorate's objectives
- Manage programme staff, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and prioritise competing demands within the directorate
Requirements
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with sound knowledge and skills to ensure multiple national programmes are delivered within agreed parameters. You will be a creative, adaptable, and innovative problem solver who is a confident communicator and effective team player.
