Job Overview

Lead Programme Manager required to drive business transformation and change initiatives in a controlled environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement programme plans to achieve business objectives, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive clear vision, objectives, scope, and plans, and influence decision-making.
  3. Compile materials and run senior governance forums, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Manage programme budgets and plans, ensuring timely delivery and reducing execution risk.
  5. Apply agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, including hybrid approaches, to drive business outcomes.
  6. Lead and motivate teams, promoting a speaking-up culture, empathy, and collaboration to achieve high performance.
  7. Adapt to changing environments, directions, and priorities, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.

Requirements
  1. Deep experience working in Financial Services, preferably with new product approval initiatives.
  2. Strong programme management skills, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and budget management.
  3. Ability to apply agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, including hybrid approaches.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
