Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and challenge existing business processes, providing support for the implementation of recommended best practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Manage competing priorities from business stakeholders by assessing overall impact.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative processes.
- Identify new initiatives and recommendations to foster continuous improvement.
- Implement and develop procedures to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the evolution, deployment, and enhancement of processes.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration on cross-functional processes.
About You:
- You possess prior experience in leading improvement initiatives, preferably with a focus on bids and project management.
- You are self-motivated and capable of managing your workload to meet objectives while working independently.
- You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data will be crucial for your success in this role.
- Preferred qualifications include Lean Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, along with evidence of DMAIC / PDCA implementation and familiarity with various Lean/Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Standardized Work.
