Join Our Team as a Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our Transformation Team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives that enhance our staff and student experience.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our Head of Process Improvement and collaborate with project teams across the University to diagnose and design solutions that improve our internal processes and ways of working. Your expertise in process improvement techniques will be instrumental in helping us embed improvements that deliver real benefits to our users and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support diagnostics and team engagement within improvement projects
  • Utilize knowledge of process improvement techniques to design solutions that enhance our internal processes and ways of working
  • Work effectively as part of the delivery team to embed improvements and deliver real benefits
  • Advocate for service improvements and support all stages of a project, from diagnostics to design
