Position Title: Senior Operations Officer

Location:

Candidates must be able to commute to designated Home Office locations.


The Senior Operations Officer will serve as the primary accountable officer for a division within the Customer Services Group, inspiring the team in dynamic and evolving work settings.

Coordinate necessary arrangements for relocations.
Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and various IT platforms. A valid driving license is required.
Ability to perform under pressure with minimal oversight, recognizing critical issues and responding swiftly.

Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities, thriving in a collaborative environment to achieve common objectives.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, maintaining focus in a high-paced atmosphere that is frequently subject to change.
This position may require significant travel across the region and throughout the UK as necessary. The nature of the responsibilities and training may involve overnight stays, travel, and occasional evening and weekend commitments. A willingness to travel, both within the designated region and across the UK, is essential.

This role is physically demanding and necessitates candidates to complete personal safety training at level 2. Inability to successfully complete this training will prevent an individual from fulfilling the role.


Security clearance will be required for these positions, and it is crucial to possess a valid passport along with two proofs of current address and a proof of national insurance documentation.
