Job Overview

A permanent opportunity has emerged within a prominent not-for-profit housing organization in London. As a Treasury Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily operational management of the Treasury department. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the treasury function for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Treasury to execute the annual treasury strategy, ensuring adherence to treasury management policies.
  • Develop and uphold robust debt management practices, overseeing loan and covenant agreements.
  • Guarantee compliance with all contractual obligations within the organization's loan agreements, including timely capital and interest disbursements.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage overall cash flow effectively.
  • Ensure all treasury transactions are recorded in line with relevant Accounting Standards, reconciling treasury codes and managing data within the treasury management system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of a CCAB accounting qualification and/or a treasury-related qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in treasury management, debt management, and cash flow oversight is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated history of negotiating with financial institutions and managing a complex treasury portfolio.
