Faith Community Coordinator

The Church of England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chaplain to join our team at Balliol College, Oxford. As a key member of the College community, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and support to students, staff, and alumni.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive spiritual program that meets the diverse needs of the College community.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, staff, and alumni, including counseling, guidance, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with College staff and faculty to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all faiths and backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local faith communities and organizations to enhance the College's spiritual life.
- Plan and lead worship services, events, and programs that promote spiritual growth and development.
- Master's degree in divinity, theology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chaplaincy or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
