Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As an Accounts/HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Accounts and HR teams
  • Assist with financial tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Manage HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and benefits administration
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Accounts and HR
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
