**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts/HR Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit control, journal entries, and expense invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit control, journal entries, and expense invoices.
  • Process refunds, credit notes, and issue monthly statements to customers.
  • Monitor unallocated payments and perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and Worldpay credit card accounts.
  • Handle customer account queries and liaise with customers and sales team.
  • Assist with HR duties, including recruitment, inductions, staff appraisals, and maintenance of HR records under the guidance of an outsourced HR/employment law specialist.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an accounts role with a focus on accounts receivable and ideally also with a knowledge of basic procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • AAT desirable but not essential.
