We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Four Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process purchase invoices in accordance with our approval process
- Verify inbound inventory against supplier invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls, including auto-enrolment pensions
- Assist with management accounts, including accruals and prepayments
- Support with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Proactive and organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Highly numerate with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
