Job Title: Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator

Location: Flexible

Salary: £14,000 - £16,500 per annum

Shifts: Minimum 20 hours per week - flexible

Pertemps Warrington is seeking a skilled Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for variety in their role.

As a Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts and credit card payments
  • Proactively managing sales ledger accounts and processing monthly statements, resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing accounts by processing bank adjustments, expense invoices, refunds, credit notes, and VAT
  • Credit management, maintaining accurate records and instructing debt collection agencies when necessary
  • Processing payroll for a small number of staff
  • Supporting in recruitment needs, defining job requirements, and selection processes
  • Supporting staff with appraisals and disciplinaries while maintaining HR records

The successful Part Time Accounts / HR Administrator will possess the following skills:
