Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and bottling hall.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various pieces of process equipment, including fillers, cappers, corkers, and labelers, to ensure high-quality packaging and meet business objectives.
  • Perform changeovers and routine maintenance to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team in a Total Quality environment to ensure that finished goods meet required parameters of quality and specification.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately complete process records, stock sheets, and other required documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
