About the Role

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Catering Lead to join our team via the Trust Bank.

Job Summary

  • Support the NHS in providing high-quality patient care and services.
  • Lead the management of in-house catering services for patient retail and catering on four sites.
  • Ensure effective leadership and management of staff to deliver excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Briefing, training, and supporting staff to ensure effective leadership and management.
  • Ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place to provide 7-day catering services.
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
