Hospitality and Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Catering Lead to join our team at dnata Catering UK.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure the production and assembly of meals and kits in line with scheduled activity and deadlines.
- To manage quality, safety, and security standards effectively throughout all stages of the Internal Supply process.
- To design and review the effectiveness of contingency plans when changes to assembly are required.
- To ensure effective wastage management.
- To provide, analyze, and review information as required to ensure financial targets are met.
- To manage the performance of your team to achieve targets and seek further productivity improvements.
- To effectively review process performance utilizing Management information.
- To monitor and effectively review team and individual performance on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis as required.
- To coach and support staff.
- To ensure that training is planned and organized to ensure compliance.
- To ensure all documents are created and controlled in line with required procedures.
- To design, monitor, and review plans to implement changes to customer requirements.
- People management skills, e.g., dealing with performance issues, grievances, holidays, and absence management.
- Computer literate.
- An understanding of Food Safety procedures.
