Escode, Part of NCC Group, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our Verification Scheduling Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our verification process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verification Scheduling: Create and distribute verification scheduling emails to all parties, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaison with External Parties: Collaborate with external Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to ensure deposits are provided on time, minimizing delays and ensuring the verification process runs smoothly.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to queries and resolve issues that arise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the verification process is not hindered.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the broader Scheduling Team to ensure efforts are aligned and the verification process is completed efficiently.
  • Project Monitoring: Proactively identify potential project red flags, pitfalls, or staffing challenges and escalate to delivery leadership to ensure timely resolution.
  • Additional Tasks: Contribute to additional tasks and ad-hoc requests within the Verification Scheduling Team or on other special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a basic understanding of the verification process, including the roles of all parties involved, and the importance of verification in a software escrow agreement.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send verification scheduling emails accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software tools and reporting services required to carry out the role proficiently.
  • Soft Skills: Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent administration, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
