As a Marketing Placement at Enterprise Mobility, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's passionate about marketing and communications. You'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics, and will have the chance to contribute your own original and innovative ideas.

The Marketing Placement will join an existing ECC Marketing team and work with a number of third-party marketing and fulfillment agencies, as well as a wealth of internal stakeholders across the wider EU Marketing and ECC Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of national and geo-tailored marketing projects
  • Coordinate the production of creative designs and printed materials
  • Assist with updates to web pages and ECC mobile app using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Copywrite member comms – email, mobile app message, blog posts, website content
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns
  • Collate and support the interrogation of performance metrics and reporting
  • Respond to third party enquiries from stakeholders internally and externally
  • Assist in managing the various software platforms that are used within the department
  • Desk research, for example researching local marketing tactics, channels, community events and possible brand partners
  • Provide general support to Marketing Team as needed
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and special marketing projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • The ability to work independently and achieve results
  • Able to multitask juggling a number of complex projects simultaneously while managing time effectively
  • Have a keen interest in the holistic marketing mix
  • An aptitude for numbers & analytics (Microsoft Excel skills preferred, although not essential)
  • Digital & tech savvy – familiar with different social/digital channels, with an aptitude to quickly pick-up a number of new digital programmes
  • Undertaking a Marketing related degree subject
  • Basic experience of graphic design or web packages such as illustrator, InDesign, CANVA, Adobe Experient Manager (preferred, although not essential)

Additional Information

  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Salary: £20,000 per annum
  • Duration: The Internship will run from Summer 2025 for 12 months
  • Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)
