Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Resourcing Coordinator to join our fast-growing audit team at BDO UK. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the audit process and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate key meetings for client teams, including review of resourcing and budgets.
- Support staffing activities across the audit department, including stocktake coordination and administration of new starters, leavers, and staff transfers.
- Update resource management tools with accurate information and ensure the information is up-to-date.
- Process regular reporting based on our resourcing system, including weekly availability reports.
- Liaise with offshoring and outsourced partners to forecast and book resource bookings against planned hours.
- Support project management processes and deliver information for planning and resource purposes.
- Assist the Resource Manager with forward planning and budgeting for audit projects.
- Experience working in administration, preferably in a similar role such as PMO, Resourcing, or Client Coordination.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
