We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a Solar Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical components, inverters, and modules at our solar farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, inverters, and modules.
  • Provide electrical maintenance services for our portfolio of solar farms in your region.
  • Manage relationships with local subcontractors.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures at all times and play an active role in risk assessment.
Requirements:
  • Electrically competent.
  • A recognized electrical qualification, such as City and Guilds, would be an advantage.
  • Industrial PV installation/maintenance experience would be desirable.
  • Clean, full driving license.
  • Comfortable working in a team.
