{"About the Role": "As a Compliance Manager at Refresco, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards across our production sites. With a strong background in quality assurance and compliance, you will lead and mentor teams to meet and exceed industry standards, including BRCGS and customer requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead quality and compliance initiatives across multiple production sites
* Develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards
* Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive quality and compliance excellence

Requirements:

* Recognized Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety qualifications
* Recognized Lead Auditor qualification
* Degree in a science subject, preferably food, microbiology, or chemistry
* Vast experience in a compliance manager role, with significant experience working with the BRCGS standard
* Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining quality compliance strategies
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
