Job Title: Senior Director, Data Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our dynamic team at IGA Talent Solutions as an IT Director, Data Transformation Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving Operational Excellence and shaping the technology strategy for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic enterprise platforms, focusing on Placement and Policy Management (PPM).
  • Develop and deploy a data and analytics strategy leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
  • Partner with senior leaders to define and drive the technology strategy in the UK, aligning local needs with global objectives.
  • Represent the UK in large-scale global change programs, ensuring seamless integration with global strategy.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading large technology transformations within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and Operational Excellence.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
