Clinical Support Nurse

Job Summary
The successful candidate will work in a large, busy, modern GP Practice in Wales, serving over 25,000 patients across three sites. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support in various areas, including diabetes, respiratory, women's health, and family planning, as well as wound management and immunisations.
Main Responsibilities
The post-holder will undertake a range of duties and responsibilities, including:
- Providing chronic disease management, including diabetes, respiratory, and women's health
- Managing wounds and performing venepuncture
- Administering immunisations and providing women's health and family planning services
- Adhering to infection control procedures and taking and recording observations, such as BP monitoring

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with staff at all levels
- Experience in chronic disease management, immunisations, and venepuncture
- Ability to perform ECGs and evidence of Continuing Professional Development
