We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Data Analyst to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our HRIS System to the Adriatic Region, as well as providing day-to-day data maintenance and systems support across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR data, providing evidence for quarterly SOX controls as required.
- Business Intelligence: Gather, manipulate, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Lead investigations and resolution of problems, undertaking root cause analysis and developing proposed solutions.
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HRIS Data Analyst with a strong background in delivering and improving HR/SAP SuccessFactors projects. You will have a proven track record of using SAP SuccessFactors, HR system implementation experience, and process automation tools.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills, data management skills, and a high level of accuracy.
- Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills, with a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
