Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
