About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of at least 10 people to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and engaging store environment.
- Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire your team.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
