About the Role
We're Pets at Home Group Plc – a leading pet care business in the UK. As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and performance across our Pet Care Centres. You'll lead a high-performing team, maximising sales and customer satisfaction through excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store appearance.
- Lead and develop a team of at least 10 people, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive sales and performance across all major KPIs, through effective planning, execution, and analysis.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Passionate about retail and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
