Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of at least 10 people to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and data protection.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and other store managers to share best practices and drive business growth.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards and great results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire your team.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
