Job Summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and delivering training courses for our clients' equipment and third-party equipment in the Naval Surveillance and Government market sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present training courses for a range of equipment systems and third-party equipment.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and take a proactive role in the growth and development of the company.
  • Travel within the UK and overseas to carry out training and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products.
  • Accompany engineers in the field to carry out service interventions and perform other tasks associated with this role.
Requirements
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of written English and the ability to compile accurate, detailed, and well-presented training documentation.
  • Practical knowledge of computer networking.
  • Ability to work at heights and willingness to undergo training.
  • Ideal qualifications: A-level or higher in an engineering discipline.
Physical Attributes
  • Ability to walk 10 meters with a tool kit weighing up to 10 Kilos.
  • Ability to walk up the equivalent of 10 flights of stairs and then 10 meters on a ladder.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, requiring twisting and maneuvering of the body.

The job holder will be expected to comply with any reasonable operational instruction or procedures relating to Company policies, reporting, and controls. Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 provides a duty on every employee while at work to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
