Job Title: Water Treatment Specialist

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at Talent Solution Partners. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the water services within our clients' facilities, ensuring that the water meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular tests on the water to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment associated with the water systems in the building.
  • Carry out maintenance on water treatment equipment, including routine checks and repairs.
  • Advise on water safety and health regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Understand and implement organisational safety requirements for yourself and others, including responsibility and supervision for safe access to water systems and the handling of chemicals.
  • Maintain a safe environment for other building occupants during water treatment operations, including any relevant signage and notifications.
  • Assess the performance of a water system treatment programmes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain all required statutory documentation regards the installed water systems.
  • Provide guidance to facilities managers to ensure facilities are in full compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in water facility audits and project reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis for environmental excursions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in water treatment or a related field.
  • Proven experience in water treatment and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of water safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
