We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at Platinum Facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems, including domestic water systems, closed systems, softened water systems, cooling towers, and condense systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on water treatment best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to City & Guilds Level III or equivalent in Mechanical discipline.
  • City & Guilds – Legionella Water Risk Assessments in building water systems.
  • City & Guilds – Legionellosis, cooling towers operators and air conditioning.
  • City & Guilds – Water Regulations 1999.
  • City & Guilds – Plumbing Craft.
  • Institution of Occupation Safety and Health – IOSH Certificate.
  • The Water Management Society – Member (desirable).
  • Royal Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers – Member (desirable).
