Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of water systems in commercial sites across London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analytical testing of cooling towers and closed systems.
  • Log book ownership and maintenance.
  • Chilled water system maintenance and repair.
  • Water flushing and disinfecting mains water pipes and hot and cold water systems.
  • Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing.
  • Surveys on hot and cold water systems.
  • Basic plumbing and repair of pipework and leaks.
  • Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal.
  • Carry out general building maintenance.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds in Plumbing.
  • City and Guilds in Water Treatment.
  • City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material.
  • Fully trained and knowledgeable on the ACOP L8 regulations.
