HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and driving HR initiatives that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage HR projects, including HRIS upgrades and process improvements
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to managers and employees
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish language skills
- Previous experience working in a commercial business
- Proven experience in HR project management
- Familiarity with utilizing data to inform business decisions
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
