Stockroom Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our Global Operations team at Optos. As a key member of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately process goods in and out, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and logistics fulfillment.
  • Production Support: Assist with manufacturing order generation, kit stock replenishment, and finished product processing.
  • Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • ERP System Management: Effectively use our ERP system to manage stock movements and transactions.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a "6's" environment and contribute to our department's Continuous Improvement program.

Requirements:

  • Valid Reach Truck and Aisle Master certifications.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics.
  • Proven track record in a medium/low manufacturing environment within stores.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented.
