Senior Clinical Lead Psychologist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of our Stepped Care Therapies Service for older adults.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinical psychologists in the delivery of high-quality psychological services to older adults with mental health problems.
- Develop and implement service development projects to improve the quality and accessibility of our services.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for our patients.
- Contribute to the development of our service's strategic direction and goals.
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a clinical psychologist.
- Experience of working as a qualified Specialist Clinical Psychologist in mental health settings.
- Experience of leading a team and managing clinical services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
