Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily running of the shop, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure the shop meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster open and transparent communication with the team, stakeholders, and customers.
- Manage Change: Anticipate and adapt to changes in the market, competitor activity, and business trends.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain awareness of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Develop and Implement Initiatives: Design and implement strategies to improve customer experience, sales, and profitability.
- Manage Stock and Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and rotation of stock, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to company health and safety policies.
- Manage Security and Cash Handling: Ensure the secure handling and management of cash and banking procedures.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
