In this role, you will collaborate with agencies, freelance creators, and the internal marketing team to foster exceptional engagement with both new and existing consumers, contributing to the growth of each brand in the portfolio.

This is a rare chance to join a dynamic team, initially focusing on eSports, with the potential to evolve into a leadership role across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will design, coordinate, and implement Social Media strategies, engaging closely with each brand community to generate interest and enhance engagement.
  • Utilizing analytical tools to measure your creative initiatives, you will interpret insights from interaction levels, research target demographics, and analyze competitors' online activities.
  • Developing a profound understanding of customer feedback through listening tools that track engagement across social and community platforms.
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing captivating content across all social media channels.
  • Collaborating with Content, Marketing, and PR teams to ensure brand authenticity and consistency.
  • Producing engaging multimedia content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Working with freelance content creators and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Experimenting with new content formats and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Supporting ambitious growth targets related to audience expansion and engagement.
  • Establishing partnerships with relevant event organizers, ambassadors, and influencers.
  • Formulating launch and go-to-market strategies for new accounts and platforms.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally across social channels.
  • Coordinating with product development and marketing teams to stay informed about the company's offerings.
  • Keeping abreast of digital technology trends.
  • Providing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on brand performance and growth metrics.

About You:

Your experience with contemporary marketing techniques, combined with a hands-on approach to creating effective social and community strategies, will be essential for success in this role.

Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are crucial attributes.

Essential Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media and community management, with a preference for candidates with eSports experience.
  • Proven track record of growing social channels and communities.
  • Ability to leverage data to enhance content performance.
  • Deep understanding of various content types and formats suitable for different social platforms.
  • A genuine passion for understanding community authenticity.
  • Experience managing deliverables from freelancers and agencies.
  • Capability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
