About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Amazon UK Services Ltd. team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the supply chain strategy and driving the growth of our Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Supply Chain Strategy: Define the 1P supply strategy approach for Amazon Freight LTL, including scoping requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Launch New Features and Initiatives: Scope, launch, and monitor new features and initiatives, creating and tracking performance metrics, and reporting on key objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, technical, and program teams, to define and align on requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
  • Prioritize Initiatives and Features: Prioritize initiatives and features based on strategic goals and initiatives, making difficult trade-off decisions based on customer value and business impact.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Dependencies: Manage dependencies between different functions within the organization, aligning teams and bridging gaps between program, operations, product, and other teams.
About the Team

As a Product Manager on our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that plays a critical role in our success. Our team uses data to drive decisions and is key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in product management, program management, or technology, with a strong track record of communicating with stakeholders and developing product strategies.
  • Skills: Analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and experience working with the MS Office suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications: MBA, Python skills, and experience in supply chain or logistics.
