Front of House Team Leader Opportunity

Location: Two Brewers

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Two Brewers, a historic pub in Buckinghamshire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your team, working closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision, and ensuring standards and compliance are maintained in your absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach your team to achieve excellent customer service and high standards of quality
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to create and deliver a vision for the pub
  • Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in your absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
