About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to provide personalized service and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and provide solutions to meet our clients' needs, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your team to improve overall customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate and assist clients with our digital products and services, including our mobile banking app.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex client queries and provide solutions.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, willing to support and assist colleagues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship-Building: Experience building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
