Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, addressing general inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

• Utilize bespoke software to handle business submissions, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

• Complete tasks efficiently, adhering to the nature of our business and maintaining a high level of productivity.

• Draft and review LOA's, LOV's, and other documents, as well as communicate with providers and external stakeholders.

• Manage diaries, internal IT systems, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the admin team.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• Experience in financial services, with a desire to expand and develop knowledge in this field.

• Proficiency in IT, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities, coupled with decision-making prowess.

• Familiarity with CRM Salesforce and other administrative software.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of discretion.
