Role Overview: As a Lead Financial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, overseeing the administrative tasks generated by our Advisors.

  • Deliver exceptional technical and administrative support while ensuring outstanding customer service for our clients.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and external parties, addressing general inquiries effectively.
  • Manage business submissions utilizing specialized software.
  • Ensure timely processing of all business acquired.
  • Complete tasks promptly due to the nature of our operations.

Candidate Profile: This role is ideal for a self-assured, detail-oriented professional who thrives on initiative and possesses a proactive work ethic.

  • Experience in Financial Services is essential, with a desire to broaden your expertise.
  • Strong IT and communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confidence in liaising with third parties while maintaining complete discretion is crucial.
  • A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

While you should possess the necessary knowledge for this position, we offer training in specific areas, along with opportunities for advancement within the SJP Accreditation framework.
