Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support and advice to members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct compliance audits, ensuring that members meet the necessary standards and regulations.
  • Utilize CRM system data to provide effective support and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support members with compliance queries related to labelling and packaging.
  • Analyze data to ensure that members meet the required standards for packaging and labelling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, providing them with tailored support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop member communications and support materials.
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members.
  • Experience in audit or compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
