- Relationship Building: Build relationships with our members and use this knowledge to inform our support and advice.
- Collaboration: Work with our Marketing team on member communications and liaise with our Finance team as needed.
- Artwork Requests: Coordinate artwork requests and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members.
- Compliance Experience: Have experience working within audit or compliance, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Possess confident communication skills and be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- CRM Experience: Have experience working with a CRM system and be able to use this system to provide effective support.
- Administration: Possess organized administration skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- IT Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills.
- Teamwork: Be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent rapport-building skills.
- Learning and Development: Be interested in learning and taking on new skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Full or Part-Time Role: Work full or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) in a permanent role.
- Salary: Earn a salary of up to £33,000 (pro rata for part-time).
- Flexible Working: Enjoy flexible hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
- Holidays: Receive 25 days' holiday per year, plus extra days for Christmas closure and bank holidays.
- Bonus: Be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10%.
- Pension: Receive a 10% non-contributory pension.
- Volunteer Days: Enjoy 2 days off per year for volunteer opportunities.
- Childcare Scheme: Participate in our childcare holiday scheme.
