About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Operations Manager to join our team at BDO LLP. As a key member of our Markets, Sales & Clients department, you will be responsible for leading the data quality and development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.

Your primary focus will be on researching, implementing, and monitoring new CRM features and functions to meet the needs of our users across the business. You will also play a pivotal role in the evolution of our CRM system and data management by collaborating with teams across the firm, particularly with IT and other product managers.

As a CRM Operations Manager, you will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, integrations, data requirements, and business processes within professional services. You will influence the CRM strategy, tactics, and ongoing decision-making based on analytics, metrics, and your knowledge of D365 CRM.

You will be responsible for setting data quality targets and KPIs that need to be delivered on a regular basis. This will require working closely with key stakeholders and understanding business processes, goals, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the data quality and development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system
  • Research, implement, and monitor new CRM features and functions to meet user needs
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm to evolve the CRM system and data management
  • Influence CRM strategy, tactics, and decision-making based on analytics and metrics
  • Set data quality targets and KPIs for regular delivery
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and operations

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in implementing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the professional services sector. You will have basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365/CRM/Power Platform and associated products and technologies.
