About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our Brand Marketing team at TalkTalk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling brand voice and tone of voice across all our communications channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand voice across all our communications channels
  • Collaborate with our UX designers, researchers, and product owners to deliver engaging and accessible content
  • Work closely with our SEO team to ensure our content is optimized for search engines
  • Support our web and UX/UI teams with copy and content requirements
  • Develop and implement a proactive content strategy based on regular audits of our communications estate
  • Own the positioning and messaging for our portfolio of products and services
  • Test and refine our content using our in-house researchers to ensure it resonates with our target audience
  • Support all business units with copy and content requirements, including internal communications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in writing content, preferably in a tech environment
  • Experience working with UX designers, researchers, and product owners to deliver content that is consistent, engaging, and accessible
  • Proficient in SEO copywriting and content optimization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Proactive approach to content management and stakeholder engagement
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience of agile working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Desirable:

  • Proficient in updating content within a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Experience in the telecoms industry
