Requirements

  • City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent in culinary arts
  • Experience in leading and inspiring a team of chefs
  • Good understanding of nutrition and menu planning
  • Experience working with fresh seasonal produce
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
