We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at an award-winning hotel in Cornwall. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service and cuisine in our renowned restaurants.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant team, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and contributing to the success of our fine dining restaurants. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure seamless service delivery.
What Skills Will You Need?
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment. You should have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills. A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
