We are currently seeking a Lead Channel Strategist for our Consumer and Direct Engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our communications strategy for direct-to-consumer and consumer audiences, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic goals.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand and Customer Experience, you will be an enthusiastic professional responsible for crafting and implementing effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities
Leveraging data and insights to develop impactful communication strategies for direct-to-consumer and consumer segments.Steering brand messaging across all communication channels, collaborating closely with the Senior Channel Manager for Consumer channels to enhance plans through partner networks.
Overseeing the execution of comprehensive communication plans, including media, social, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives.
Defining and managing the roadmap for our direct-to-consumer data strategy to support our overall objectives.
Managing the budget for PR, social media, direct-to-consumer, and media activities, demonstrating return on investment.
Analyzing campaign performance and formulating actionable insights to address any shortcomings, reporting regularly to the Service Steering Committee.
Collaborating with the Brand Visualization Manager to guide content development for direct-to-consumer and consumer channels.
Partnering with the Digital Transformation team to inform enhancements that align with our direct-to-consumer objectives.
Working alongside the customer service leadership to articulate our service value proposition and support sales conversion efforts.
Taking ownership of the website's front end, managing content updates and promotional activities.
Contributing to the strategic plan and ensuring coherence with Integrated Business Planning, identifying potential obstacles.
Cultivating a high-performing team by establishing clear objectives, fostering development plans, and managing performance effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields.Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, customer service, and agency management.
A proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring agencies meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including strong agency briefing capabilities.
Results-oriented with robust data analysis skills, capable of deriving insights and making recommendations for enhancements.
